CWM’s Leadership Formation (LEAF) Programme is part of its strategy to positively influence a new generation of leaders for the advancement of God’s transformative mission.
Its objectives are to establish a network of competent mission conscious leaders to ensure the advancement of God’s mission; to intentionally expose young people to God’s mission thereby linking intellectual development with leadership formation; and to create opportunities for young female participation in leadership.
It includes the Training in Mission, Face to Face, Young Women’s Leadership Development and Youth Initiatives.
