As India government has extended the lockdown from 15 April to 3 May, the Church of South India (CSI) dioceses have pitched in with monetary contributions, helping vulnerable segments of their population such as the labourers, distributing food rations and hygiene products to families, and refreshments for healthcare workers, among other efforts.
